How do I know if my framing is included?
If you’re purchasing an unframed canvas print, your artwork will automatically arrive framed — no code or extra steps required. The offer is applied at checkout behind the scenes.
What type of frame is provided?
We use a premium floating timber frame in a warm Natural Oak finish. It creates a subtle shadow line around the canvas for a modern, gallery-style look — a beautiful upgrade, on us.
How long will it take to arrive?
Please allow 4–5 weeks for professional framing. You’ll receive a notification via email when your artwork is ready and on its way.
I have my own frame. Can I request it to be unframed?
Yes! Just leave a note in the "Special Instructions" section at checkout letting us know you’d prefer your print unframed.

Jessie has been following her passion for the past 20 years and has self-managed her creativity to become globally recognised for her quirky, abstract, and offbeat style of paintings depicting zebras, elephants, tropical birds, and much more.
She has exhibited in London, Los Angeles, and Melbourne and has even taught Ozzie Osbourne how to draw. Strongly influenced by the enigmatic Brett Whiteley and French Fauvist artist Henri Matisse, Jessie’s work is offbeat, quirky, and full of wonder.

Once I place my order, how long until it will be shipped?
- All unframed prints will be despatched within 1-2 weeks.
- All framed artworks will be despatched within 3-4 weeks.

What happens if my item is damaged upon arrival?
We can insure all shipments before they are sent.The outcome of this will be a case by case situation, however you won’t be left without anything to hang on your wall. It is your responsibility to ensure timely collection from a depot to avoid unnecessary damage in freight holding docks.
What happens if my item is lost in transit?
This will be a case by case situation, again we won’t be leaving you without your purchase we just might take a bit of time to work out where your shipment has gone.
What sort of canvas do you print on?
We use 100% cotton rag canvas in bright white
On your website it says timber framing. What sort of timber do you use?
We use oak whenever possible. If oak is not available, our framer will use an equivalent alternative of the same quality, finish and look.
What happens if I change my mind?
Jessie is usually very generous in this regard, but this will need to be reviewed case by case and the customer will have to pay any associated costs with re framing and shipping.
